Guidelines
All of the guidelines that our staff team is required to follow at all times.
Any sort of violation on these rules can and will result in moderation action.
1. Clear & Professional Voice Communication
As a VC-only server, staff must speak clearly, respectfully, and professionally at all times. Avoid yelling, excessive slang, or sarcasm when moderating. Maintain a calm and neutral tone, especially during escalations.
2. No Bias or Favoritism
All moderation must be handled fairly and equally—no matter your relationship with the players involved. Bias of any kind will lead to disciplinary action.
3. Active VC Presence
While on duty, staff must be actively present in VC. You’re expected to monitor voice chats, handle issues in real time, and avoid being AFK or silent for long periods.
4. Minimum Player Count to Go On Duty
You may only go on duty if 5 or more players are actively in VC/game. If below that, wait or consult a high-ranking staff member before taking any staff actions.
5. Evidence Policy
Moderation decisions must be based on clear, solid evidence:
- Video recordings of VC interactions are ideal.
- In certain situations, 3+ credible witnesses may be acceptable.
- No action should be taken without some form of valid proof.
6. Staff Vehicle Use
Use staff vehicles professionally and realistically.
- Park in appropriate spots (side of the road, lots).
- Don’t block roads or use your vehicle to troll.
- ELS Stage 1 must be on at all times while on duty.
7. Informing Players of Actions
Always explain the reason for a moderation action before kicking, muting, or banning. Let them know how to appeal via the Discord if needed.
8. Kick/Ban Protocol
If kicking a player:
- Let them know they may return after 30 minutes.
- Warn that rejoining early could result in a ban.
9. Avatar/Appearance Standards
Use a blocky, realistic avatar while on duty. No flashy effects, accessories, or animations that disrupt immersion or make you look unprofessional.
10. Shift Farming
Any attempt to log on-duty time without actually moderating is considered shift farming and will lead to a strike, demotion, or removal.
11. Use of Soundboards/Voice Changers
Soundboards, voice changers, or similar tools are not allowed while on duty. Your voice must be clear and natural to maintain professionalism.
12. Confidentiality
Do not leak recordings, moderation decisions, or staff discussions. Internal matters stay within the staff team.
