Quota
All staff members have a minimum quota of hours they are required too do.
Any staff that is LOA are exempt from the quota until you return.
Staff Quota & Promotion Guidelines
A quota refers to the minimum number of active moderation hours each staff member is required to complete on a weekly basis. Currently, this stands at 3 hours per week.
Failing to meet this requirement may result in an infraction, which can impact your standing on the team.
However, meeting your quota alone does not guarantee promotion. To be eligible for advancement, staff members must consistently demonstrate:
- Reliable activity and engagement
- Routine Discord checks
- Active participation in staff discussions
- A professional and respectful attitude
- Meaningful contributions to the community’s well-being
Promotions are based on a combination of performance, initiative, and teamwork, not just time logged.
